INTENT TO REGISTER REQUEST FORM

The Squadron has provided on this page, a method where by you may submit your intent to register  for a specific course to the Training Officer.

The submission of this application advises the Squadron Training Officer of the number of expected applicants and will determine whether the course will proceed or not.  It is still YOUR responsibility to ensure you register on the required dates for your course as per the schedule.

The Squadron will confirm receipt of your intent to register by email to the address you have supplied below.

Some of the above courses require prerequisites.  Please list below, courses you have already completed
and the date taken.

The courses below are 2 week (one evening per week) courses  
These courses require the student to Register and obtain course material at least 2 weeks in advance

GPS (Can be taken with a 12 week course)
VHF Restricted Operators Certificate (Maritime) (Can be taken with a 12 week course)
Pleasure Craft Operator Card (Boat Pro)- Date of Birth
Distress Signalling
Radar for Pleasure craft
